High Plains Energy Company (HPEC) is a full service petroleum land company dedicated to meeting its client’s needs in a timely and accurate fashion. Founded in Denver, CO in 1986 by George W. Clay, IV, HPEC has served clients working across the country for the past three decades. From the Barnett to the Permian Basin, up to the DJ Basin, over to the Marcellus and everywhere in between, HPEC has been involved in all of the active oil and gas plays. Now based out of Wichita Falls, TX and with extensive landwork experience, HPEC has the ability and expertise to take on projects of any size - whether it be a small due diligence or curative project, or a large lease acquisition and title project - in any location. HPEC's flexibility is key in allowing customized approaches to meet the specific needs of its clients every time.
