Death & Heirship, Estate Help

When someone owns an interest in a piece of land and passes away, that interest is either passed on through the decedent’s will, or through the intestate (dying without a will) laws of the state where the land is located.  There are specific laws in each state that determine how real property is to pass to heirs if someone dies without a will (intestate).  We can help determine how this interest passes, and can coordinate the preparation of wills, estate planning documents, Affidavits of Heirship, and other paperwork to properly document vesting of property pursuant  intestate laws and family wishes, as well as assist in any estate clean-up after death.
